Is there anything better than food cooked over fire?
Our staff will arrive and set up our custom made BBQ or open fire cooking over coals or firewood. An immersive experience for your guests to witness the cooking as the sun fades and the fires glows .When ready we will laden a table filled with your choice of two sides and two proteins coupled with Organic sourdough and churned rolled butter. Our staff will replenish the table as needed and when finished will vanish any sign that they were ever. there. Leaving you with conversation and full bellies.
Proteins
- Marinated preserved lemon Chichen legs w/ confit garlic and chermoula
- Smoked Pork Shoulder w/ Lexington BBQ Sauce
- House coffee rubbed 12 hr Beef Brisket w/ Russian Mayo
- Hung cape grim tomahawk steaks with chimichurri (+$20 pp)
- Confit twice coal roasted Pumpkin, puffed grains, fried shallots and hazelnuts ( Not a protein but a main)

There is something so organic about only relying on the elements to cook . After meeting Sarah Glover in Byron Bay over 6 years ago and then flying to Tasmania many times cooking with Sarah and another incredible Uruguayan chef we have brought what we have learnt and implemented it into our style of cooking .

The open Fire menu requires a flat surface free from any other lightable surfaces of 3 metres . An open fire will be lit on the morning of the event and guests an mingle around the flames as the sun sets and the warmth radiates .
