Want to host a family get together or special event but don’t have the time to slave in the kitchen – We have cultivated this Summer menu for an easy drop off catering with simple and easy heating instructions.
Drop off menu Includes two proteins and two salads for $48 per person plus Gst
Additional protein $15 per person

12 hour cooked grass fed Texas beef brisket with Russian Mayo
BBQ Pork with Lexington sauce
Cured Ocean trout with beetroot and floral gin with mustard creme fraiche
Lamb shoulder brined in buttermilk cooked with harissa (+$5 pp)
Tuna Crudo with herb oil , grapefruit + chives
Pickled beetroot salad with farro and goats cheese
Truffled New season potato salad with chives and chimichurri
