Our Base Pack feeds 6 people generously with the option to add more people .
Our base pack includes:

• 1.8 – 2 kilo Bangalow free range porchetta stuffed with almonds and confit garlic with chimichurri
• Full side of beetroot and tequila cured ocean trout with creme fraiche
• Beef fat hassleback potatoes with black garlic aioli
• Grilled peach , whipped ricotta and basil salad
• Hasselback beef fat potatoes with black garlic aioli
• Organic Sourdough with cultured brown butter
